• Service providers that help us operate the website and handle your requests, such as our website host, form delivery services that send your request to our inbox, Google (email, spreadsheets for keeping track of requests, and web fonts), and an email service that sends you a confirmation. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Financing partners, only if you choose to apply for financing. Applications are handled on the partner’s own website under its own privacy policy.
• Legal reasons, if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ACFLEX, our customers or others.
• Business changes, if ACFLEX is sold or merged, as part of that transaction.
